The Most Important Things To Start With Are:

- A correct diagnosis, this is a process of ellimination

- Finding a doctor with a researched interest in fatigue

- Rest and sleep is very important, I never over taxed myself

- Elliminate Candida, to build your immune system and overcome allergies, brainfog and feel well all over

- Low graded stretching to help clear body pain, headaches and muscle tension

- Low graded exercise program to strengthen the body

- Advoide stress, alcohol and late nights

- Positive Thinking, if other people including myself have fully recovered from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, well so can you
