Many studies, over the years, have shown that there is a direct relation between Fibromyalgia and Yeast wherein Fibromyalgia is often said to be Yeast-related. Patients suffering with Fibromyalgia are said to possess extremely high levels of yeast and fungal metabolites in their urine.

Tartaric Acid is said to be the most commonly detected Fibromyalgia and Yeast related metabolite. In some cases, patients with Fibromyalgia and Yeast infections have been known to possess up to 50 times the normal amounts of Tartaric acid in their body. Tartaric acid is, along with Malic acid, a key ingredient in the process that extracts energy from the food that we eat.

Due to the influence of Tartaric acid in conditions where Fibromyalgia and Yeast coexist, deficient Malic acid is used as a treatment agent as it overcomes the toxicity of Tartaric acid. Doctors are known to recommend antibiotics such as Nystatin that are used to effectively kill off the Fibromyalgia and Yeast combination by reducing the levels of Tartaric Acid.

Tartaric acid is also known to be an inhibitor of the Krebs cycle and prevents sugar from being absorbed by the body during the digestion process. Patients suffering from Fibromyalgia and Yeast infections often find themselves craving for carbohydrates although they can never get enough.

The brain requires a certain level of blood sugar as fuel. When the existing blood sugar runs out, Malic acid begins converting the digested sugar into blood sugar, providing more fuel to the brain. In the cases when Fibromyalgia and Yeast infections are prevalent in a patient, the Tartaric acid prevents this conversion of sugar into blood sugar and as a result, the brain fails to receive any sort of energy, resulting in Brainfog or Fibrofog. This consequence of the combination Fibromyalgia and Yeast infection can be extremely dangerous for the patient and can lead to loss of memory, lapses in concentration as well as many other problems such as a difficulty to comprehend the goings on around them as well as problem in multi-tasking or focusing on anything.

It is important to understand the relation between Fibromyalgia and Yeast infections as that can help prevent a large number of problems that are related to the brain.
