   TIP # 1. A Correct Diagnosis!

   Doctors are not in agreement about Chronic Fatigue, CFS, M.E, and Fibromyalgia,  so I needed to find one who believed in order to get a correct diagnosis…

   How I found a doctor with a researched interest in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,  M.E, and Fibromyalgia…

   When I found a medical allergist they were able to recommend a doctor with a researched interest in fatigue…

   Why was this..? because most doctors I found don’t even believe in allergies never mind Chronic Fatigue, M.E or Fibromyalgia…

   Tip #1 is finding a Doctor with a researched interest in fatigue and getting A Correct Diagnosis…

   TIP # 2. I Did NOT Over Tax Myself!

   I was an unhealthy person trying to get well, NOT a healthy person trying to get fit.  There is a Huge Difference, So I Did NOT over tax Myself…

   I Rested and slept as often as I needed and started a gentle stretching program but I NEVER over tax myself…

   This is so important

   TIP # 3. I Didn’t fight my need to rest and sleep!

   Again this is so IMPORTANT:

   I Rested And Slept When Ever I Need…

   I NEVER fought My need to rest and sleep, this is when the body heals itself…

   I quickly discovered my body was telling me to slow down….

   But how did I get refreshing sleep refreshing this is the key…

   Here are a few things I done…

   I Eat a little before going to bed, this takes the blood away from the brain and made  me sleepy and put me into a deeper nights sleep…

   I went to bed at the same time every night…

   I also Kept the room dark, this was important…

   To really improve my quality of sleep and experience refreshing sleep I need to increase my serotonin levels…

   Serotonin can otherwise be known as the bodies own natural morphine. It relieves  pain through the body and increase energy and the feeling of wellness.

TIP # 4. Eating And My Recovery!

   Now when I was finding it difficult to eat much and felt my body was very heavily fatigued a big meals would only put me to sleep at the wrong times…

   My Fatigue Specialist told me to start Eating little and often this will prevent low  blood sugar levels and help even out my energy levels during the day…

   Eating a little before going to bed helps take the blood away from the brain at  night helping the mind rest and giving a sounder nights sleep….

   It is the little things that really help:

   TIP # 5. I Had To Get As Much Day Light As Possible!

   I always Kept the room dark at night and bright during the day, even if I was sleeping during the day I kept the room bright…

   This was so important as it help balance the sleep cycle hormones in my body…

   I got my Mother to open the curtains and let in the day light at 8 o clock in the morning even though I would not wake up until 12 mid day…

   TIP # 6. I Had To Eat The Right Foods!

   First I avoided alcohol and coffee, as I felt like I had a hangover all the time  with brain fog…

   I Eat a little protein at each meal..

   I also avoided sugary foods and all stimulants…

   Eating little and often also helped even out my blood sugar levels and help prevent energy slumps for more even energy levels…

   I did not drink fizzy drinks as they are 1000 times more acidic than water I needed to keep my ph balance alkaline..

   TIP # 7. I NEVER Took Stimulants!

   This was such an important part in my recovery…

   Stimulants always made me worse, E.G ginseng millions of Chinese can’t be wrong that’s what I read everywhere, well they always made me worse and so did all other stimulants…

   So I always kept away from all stimulants…

   Bottom Line: I NEVER took stimulants!

   Tip # 8. I NEVER Drink Alcohol!

   One of the main symptoms is brain fog and poor concentration…

   Alcohol would only make me worse, I felt like I had a permanent hangover  and the last thing I wanted was Alcohol…

   I NEVER Took Alcohol Until I Was Fully Cured

   It’s as easy as this!

   TIP # 9. Avoid Stress!

   I Let stress and all stress full situations go Clean over my head…

   My body has enough of stress to deal with, so I stayed away from stressful situations and everyone who drained my energy…

   This is very important and it can easily be done, so do it… Deal with you’re stress…

   I Didn’t let anything stress me out, I found a way to turn all my negatives into positives…

   Also when small things were stressing me, then I knew I needed more sleep…

   I also De stressed my body by doing a stretching program every day…

   This was also great for My muscle tension…

   TIP # 10. I NEVER Smoked!

   Smoking would only soak up the oxygen in My blood and oxygen is one of the most important thing needed to experience good health..

   So stop Smoking

   TIP # 11. I Took Probiotic Yogurt!

   I took Pro biotic Yogurt every day to put the good bacteria into the gut, when My digestive system was out then all My blood was there trying to digestive My food.  Leaving me light headed with brain fog and fatigue…

   Tip # 12. Positive Thinking!

   You will get back to full health again no matter how bad it seems now…

   I have been there sleeping 16 hours a day with violent headaches and burnings  pains all over my body…
