    As promised, I am writing you to finish up the newsletters we started about a day ago or so…

    I can’t emphasize enough how important a correct diagnosis is…

    Remember what is involved in testing For CFS, M.E, and Fibromyalgia is a processes of elimination, but an experienced doctor will diagnosis you much faster…

    Ask any past sufferer and they’ll tell you how important a correct diagnosis is and not only finding a doctor who even believes in Chronic Fatigue, M.E, or Fibromyalgia…

    Now, I don’t want to over exaggerate anything, but this is important and can prove to be difficult…

    Here’s The Next Chronic Fatigue, ME, and Fibtomyalgia part:

    Like I was saying in my last email, getting the diagnosis you need is very important to a proper treatment of it. After all, how will you or your doctor know what to do until you discover what the problem is..? When you go to a doctor, the first thing your doctor will do is to give you all kinds of tests.

     The goal here would be to eliminate every other possibility…

    You see, there is no test any doctor can give at this time to can prove you do or do not have chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) or Fibromyalgia. The testing is designed to prove you do not have another disease or medical complication that could be the cause of your symptoms…

    And if your doctor is not familiar with chronic fatigue syndrome, then that may mean more tests than usual. It also could mean tests, such as blood tests, get repeated often…

    Other tests could include:

    - Urine tests
    - Complete physical
    - Stress test
    - Questionnaires
    - Psychological testing
    - Allergy tests, and more…
 

    As you can tell by the things in the list, you can expect that the process could go on for some time. This means that there may not be quick help. I had to wait quite a while before I knew what I had. The waiting time was unreal, and, to my dismay, I found that some of the doctors were really not much help at all… 

    Finally, I was able to get the diagnosis I needed.  But it took some time because I had to go to more than one doctor. Some specialists had to get involved…
